- Improper grounding in the Rib burner control panel
- Seized air trim valves and premix valve preventing accurate tuning
- A defective IR Rib burner compromised temperature consistency
- Misaligned Pre-Heater and Main Heater panels reducing ignition coverage and flame propagation
